"He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities-all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross. And you, who once were alienated and hostile in mind, doing evil deeds.. Colossians 1:15-23 ESV
While Jesus is created He is also the Creator, because no man can see God and live Exodus 33.20 therefore the God the Father had to create Himself Jesus (Yahushua proper name) in the flesh John 1.1. In Hebrews it tells us that God made Himself in the exact image of Himself as Jesus the Christ so we could see Him, yet not face to face, but an image of Him so God would fulfill His plan to redeem us. "Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;" Hebrews 1:3 (KJV) He was made a little lower then the angels. Hebrews 2.9
Ezekiel's temple river from the east to west is Christ. From the beginning of His ministry in 26AD to present day these waters will be available for eternity to anyone who believes Yahushua came to take our place for our sins. In dying he became everyone's sin. Then He was buried and rose from the dead three days later. "In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)" John 7:37-39 (KJV)
We are here to learn to love God and love our neighbor through three ways Body, Mind and Spirit. The first promise that God gives us is that if we Honor our Father and Mother, that we will have a long life. "Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth." Ephesians 6:2-3 (KJV) For most of us we are born into this world with a healthy body and God has made this three step process to take care of our bodies. One honor your Father and Mother, two love those who aren't born as healthy as most of us so they too can enjoy life and three a little exercise and eating real food that God designed could lead to a long life.
We are all one; coming from the same mother Eve. If someone else is suffering I am suffering. We need to have compassion and love for all. The sinner who dies under a 100 (Isaiah 65:20) years old is actually considered cursed. Walk in God's ways and commandments for long life. This doesn't mean that your are not getting to heaven if you die before 100. Just that God is the giver of life, take warning Proverbs 9:11 for example. As a recent saying says YOLO, you only live once, so take care of your temple for it is the Holy dwelling place of God. The modern day new year is just about to start, so let us all be good to each other and treat our bodies great through the three step process.
"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding." Proverbs 9:10 (KJV) God can help our minds and give us wisdom. A great place to start is with your Bible, also prayer and talking to God and listening for His small still voice within us. God has also made this a three step process. One believe in Christ, two follow the Holy Spirit by being willing to do anything God guides you to do as long as it doesn't go against the Word of God, doesn't lead you to do anything to hurt anyone, doesn't lead you to hurt yourself, and third buy wisdom don't sell it. "Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding." Proverbs 23:23 (KJV)
"Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her. She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee. Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many. I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths. When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; and when thou runnest ... Proverbs 4:5-15 (KJV)
God is Spirit and He breathed His life into us, and when we pass away our breath or Spirit the essence of God in us will return to God. We need to encourage one another to good works to keep our Spirit up and not let it become depressed. We need to focus on the good of the world and realize that God has designed earth to continually get better and better and more interesting. The person who says yesterday was better then today lacks understanding. "Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not enquire wisely concerning this." Ecclesiastes 7:10 (KJV) Other things that can keep our Spirits up is finding good love of labour, God says without a vision man perish. Proverbs 29:18 KJV. Almost all of your self help books really get there wisdom from the Bible.
Meditate on the things of life that you really want and how you can make a difference for your family, yourself, and others. We are all connected what makes you alive is what makes me alive - The Creator, source, the Universe or Who has always been. "I am the 'Aleph' and the 'Taw', Beginning and End," says "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty." Revelation 1:8 (TS2009)
Trusting God is the hardest thing you'll ever do in your life and also the easiest. Once we start to listen to the small still voice of God we will realize that He wants nothing but the best for us, and all things really do work for good to those who LOVE the Yahuah! You might run from God, However He knows where you are all the time, so the best thing to is to ask for His grace and mercy while we can. Time to give up on our sins, we know what they are.
