Life's Struggles

I recently felt guided to quit my job. I'm thankful to Jesus for this opportunity. However I want to get to the top of the mountain. I just don't know how. I'm not even sure what my mountain is other than to find my purpose for life right now.

Yahweh said to him, “What is that in your hand?” He said, “A rod.”

(Exodus 4:2, WEB)

This is reminder to me that God will help us if we use what we already have. I have a computer and this outlet to share my story of struggles and faith.

Just heard a saying I've never heard before and reminds me God is not in a rush we are. We pray for trees and God sends seeds. He is always working on our behalf, we need to exercise patience.

Who may ascend to Yahweh's hill? Who may stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart...

Psalm 24:3-4 (WEB)

Only those who seek God with honesty and purity can truly climb His mountain—this is a call to personal holiness.

He will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths.

Isaiah 2:3 (WEB)

God invites you up the mountain—not just to stand there, but to learn and walk with Him in His ways.

Yahweh came down on Mount Sinai, to the top of the mountain. Yahweh called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.

Exodus 19:20 (WEB)

God calls people up—just like Moses. The climb may be tough, but it leads to closeness with Him.

Jesus took with him Peter, James, and John... and brought them up into a high mountain by themselves.

Matthew 17:1 (WEB)

Jesus leads His disciples up the mountain to reveal His glory—intimacy and revelation often happen in the quiet, elevated places.

Yahweh, the Lord, is my strength. He makes my feet like deer's feet, and enables me to go on the high places.

Habakkuk 3:19 (WEB)

Even when you're weak, God gives you the strength and footing to keep climbing and stand in high, holy places.

I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh...

Psalm 121:1-2 (WEB)

When the trail is steep or lonely, you don't climb alone—your help comes from the Maker of the mountain.

It shall come to pass... that the mountain of Yahweh's temple will be established... and peoples will stream to it.

Micah 4:1 (WEB)

God's mountain is where nations will gather to know Him—your climb is part of a much bigger, eternal picture.

God calls you to climb—step by step—not to prove your strength, but to meet Him, be changed, and learn His ways. The trail is narrow, sometimes lonely, but it leads to a view and a purpose greater than anything below.
