Music can change your mood. So put on a song that gets you going to achieve your goals. Start out small and get the ball rolling. Keep a log of your progress and measure if you are ahead of yesterday. I recently watched a movie called The Fighter, the take away was Body Head Body, and I think we can apply our goal list a lot simpler then most think. I've been refining my budget and also recently my goal list to something that is easy to setup and easy to achieve.
Your goal has to be measurable to see if your making progress, look back at yesterday to help you make better decisions today.
