April 16, 2026 - Day 1
Today I start focusing on getting my body healthy.
I want more energy, discipline, and peace.
Small steps: better food, less caffeine, more movement.
I woke up around 4:30, got a Pink Red Bull around 160 calories and some water. I also made a couple cups of coffee with a little cream. I have some bacon put out that need to cook. Weighing in around 250 and need to get to 175lbs.
I was just looking at file 20 years ago I was weighing 191lbs and wanting to get to 175lbs. I've only successfully accomplished Body For Life once where I surpassed my goal weight and got down to 165lbs. Now I need to have even more discipline as I'm 20 years older.
